What We Offer
Finance Team Build-out and Oversight
We assist fund houses in building in-house finance teams and/or onboarding third party service providers. We also help in overseeing the functioning of mid-level finance teams, and train and mentor such teams.
Consulting for Portfolio Companies
We help portfolio companies review business processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements and/or to identify and implement process improvement solutions.
